തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ അരുവിക്കരയിൽ നിന്നാണ് 'പ്രതിധി'യുടെ തുടക്കം. നമ്മുടെ അമ്മമാർ പാചകം ചെയ്തിരുന്നതുപോലെ തികഞ്ഞ ശുദ്ധിയോടെയും ശ്രദ്ധയോടെയും യാതൊരു മായവുമില്ലാതെയും തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന ഭക്ഷണത്തിന് എല്ലാ അടുക്കളകളിലും ഒരു സ്ഥാനമുണ്ടെന്നതാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ വിശ്വാസം.
